Cancellation

Please keep in mind we are a small business. Deposit will be refundable 30 days in advance minus the credit card processing fees (6%). Within 30 days we can offer credit for your reservation.

 

Groups

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to host groups at the Lodge

 

arrival/depature

Check in is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. We do offer late check in but please confirm time before booking. Check out is by 11:00am.

 

BedRock offers a unique community style lodge that is not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Adult Environment

 

Quiet hours

Please be courteous of other guests that may be trying to get to bed early. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. BedRock guest in the common area only starting at 5:00pm

 

Pets

As much as we love our furry friends we do not allow pets in the lodge or on the property. Its difficult to maintain our standard of cleanliness while allowing pets to stay. We do allow for service animals that must be accompanied by their owner 24/7, they cannot be left unattended at the lodge.
